i think my bloggers playing up, peoples blogs are showing on my dashboard but when i go onto there blogger says im not following them! so yeee just let me know :)

totaly intake for today so far = ZILCH. ;)
weight = the same, 8 stone - 112 pounds dyammm! :(

P.S ordered some laxies of amazon and some other tablets, does anyone know how they package it will my mum know there laxies? im really worried.

Okkk... today has been good i suppose.
iv lost 2lbs after putting it on over christmas YUK!
ive kept to my strictttt plan thingy, i just need to keep up with the exersise :|
i know ive been badddddddddd ahhhh.

sofia - Ohhhh yes i enjoyed it ;) haha! dont be scared, i dont know what came over me! im not normally like that expecially with someone ive been with for 3 weeks! but it felt right and i was comfortable with it :) x

90210 started tonight. Thank god! needed some new TV inspiration haha, its beverly hills not sure if anyone else watch's it? but the girls on there are so beautiful and skinnnnnny!
so yeah... oh and i ordered the new diary of topshop, bet thats going to take ages now! hadto pay 4 pound for delivery PFFTTT!

hmm forcasted snow tonight, grrr. hate it...... wnt be able to see adam friday if it snows bad haha.
ive got that county trainin thing tomoz :/ hate it so much!
but hopefully she will see the change in me (confidence wise) and weight?!?! haha. but yeah and then put me on to the clothes department at tescos! woop. soon as i can get the job the better.

Tonight... I had sex for the first time lol.... it felt? good.
sorry maybe bit tmi??????? but just wanted to let it out.

ANYWAYS
it is 12:47am and my totaly calorie intake is.... *drum roll* ZILCH ;)
mwahaha i am officially back! Waiting for my brother to go to bed so i can go on the wii
and do my excersise i dont think im going to sleep tonight... im buzzin. lmao dont ask why??????

soo got some last min cw to do. and Then exersise and then read allll your blogs! again. haha
i love reading them. oh and downloading music on to ipod.

going to walk into wellington tomoz (like 20 min walk) and go to the bank, Put money on and get
my debit card! so then i can order some laxies and some water weight pills. and maybe some fat burners
If anyone uses them.. what kind do you use... which works/worked the best.
ordered a new notebook today of topshop, so hopefuly that will come soon going to make it look all beautiful and stuff inside with notes and shizzle! soo that should keeep me occupied..


soo not much to report!

Monday - fasting - 2 hour on EA sports - 100 crunches - 50 leg lifts.


Tuesday - 400 cals - 2 hours on EA sports - 150 crunches - 70 leg lifts


Wednesday - fasting - 2 hour on EA sports - 100 crunches - 50 leg lifts


Thursday - fasting - 2 hour on EA sports - 100 crunches - 50 leg lifts


Friday - 600 cals - 2 and half hours on EA sports - 170 crunches - 70 leg lifts


Saturday - 800 cals, - weigh in - 3 hours on EA sports - 200 crunches 100 leg lifts


Sunday - 1 meal (sunday dinner) - 2 hours on EA sports - 150 crunches - 50 leg lifts.

Lets see how this works :) trying to confuse my self if that makes sense by doing more cals then less and more exersise then less! Cant wait to start.... im excited!
